Coaching
designed around you
Whether you’re training for your first Marathon, exploring Trail and Ultras, chasing a Personal Best or returning to running after time away, coaching should adapt to you—not the other way around.
At Endurance Dynamics, every programme is built around your goals, your experience, your lifestyle and the person you want to become. We combine running science, practical coaching and genuine human connection to help you train with confidence and perform at your best.
WHEREVER YOU’RE STARTING,
WE’LL MEET YOU THERE
Some athletes arrive with years of experience. Others are lacing up their shoes for the very first time.
What matters isn’t where you’re starting. It’s where you’d like to go. We regularly work with runners who are:

COACHING THAT
EVOLVES WITH YOU
Great coaching isn’t a static training plan.
As your fitness improves, your confidence grows, your life changes and your goals evolve, your coaching should evolve too.
That’s why we developed the Endurance Dynamics Performance Cycle™—a continuous process of learning, planning, coaching and refinement.
Rather than building towards one finish line and starting again, each training block helps us better understand you, allowing every decision to become more personalised and more effective.

Coaching that supports the whole athlete
Your programme includes far more than a weekly running schedule. Endurance running is multi-faceted, and we do not believe in lining any runner up for a race until they have all the building blocks in place.
Every athlete receives:
Personalised Training
Every session is designed around your goals, current fitness, available training time and lifestyle.
Strength & Conditioning
Running-specific strength and mobility training designed to improve your body’s resilience, running economy, movement efficiency and long-term performance.
Recovery Planning
Recovery is directly linked to driving physiological adaptations, which in turn translate into performance improvements. We treat recovery as a strategy.
Nutrition Guidance
Practical advice to help you fuel training, recover better and approach race day with confidence.
Race Preparation
From pacing and fuelling to equipment and contingency planning, we help remove uncertainty before race day.
Ongoing Coach Support
Questions, adjustments, setbacks or unexpected changes are all part of the process. Coaching remains flexible because life rarely follows a perfect schedule.

Meet your coach
Peru Fourie
Coach Peru combines sports science, his own experience as an athlete, his experience coaching hundreds of athletes, and a genuine curiosity about people to help athletes build confidence alongside performance.
His approach has been shaped not only by formal education and endurance sport, but also by a belief that coaching starts with understanding the individual before designing an individualised programme.
If you’d like to learn more about the experiences that shaped his coaching philosophy, you can read his story here.
HOW WE GET STARTED
Before we build a training programme, we build an understanding of you.
Every coaching relationship begins with our Performance Discovery process.
STEP 1
The Performance Discovery Call
A relaxed conversation about your running experience, your goals, your lifestyle and what you’re hoping to achieve.
It’s also your opportunity to ask questions and decide whether we’re the right coaching fit for each other.
STEP 2
Runner Questionnaire
If we both decide to continue, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire covering your training history, recovery habits, previous setbacks, lifestyle and longer-term ambitions. The better we understand you, the better we can coach you.
STEP 3
Your Performance Blueprint Session
Using everything we’ve learned, we prepare a personalised presentation exploring your current strengths, opportunities for development and the coaching strategy we believe will best support your goals.
Many athletes tell us this session changes the way they think about running.
STEP 4
Our Journey Begins
If we’re both confident we’re the right fit, your coaching begins.
Your programme is built around you and continues to evolve through the Performance Cycle™ as you progress.
